Admission
At Neuheit Institute of Clinical Research, we offer post-graduate diploma and certificate courses in clinical research, statistics, and related fields. Our admissions process is designed to be transparent, fair, and accessible to all students who meet our eligibility criteria. Here is an overview of our admissions process:
- Eligibility Criteria: Students who have completed their undergraduate degree in science or pharmacy or medicine (MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, B. PTh, B. PHARM, Biotech, Nursing graduates, MSc., BSc.) with a minimum aggregate of 45% are eligible to apply for our post-graduate diploma and certificate courses.
- Application Process: Students can apply for our courses online through our website or physically by visiting institute. Only need to provide personal details, academic records, and other relevant information as part of the application process. We also require students to submit a statement of purpose, explaining their interest in the course and how it aligns with their career goals.
- Selection Process: Our selection process is based on merit, and we consider various factors such as academic records, work experience (if any), and the statement of purpose. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview, either in person or online, to assess their suitability for the course.
- Admission Offer: Once the selection process is complete, we will make admission offers to the successful candidates. Students will need to confirm their acceptance of the offer by paying the admission fee and submitting relevant documents.
- Important Dates: We announce our admission cycle well in advance on our website, with the application deadline, interview dates, and other important dates clearly indicated.

Admission Cancellation Policy:
We understand that circumstances may arise that require a student to cancel their enrollment in one of our courses. In the event that a student needs to cancel their admission, the following cancellation policy applies:
- If a student cancels their admission before the start of the course, they will be entitled to a full refund of their tuition fees.
- If a student cancels their admission within the 15 days of the course, they will be entitled to a 50% refund of their tuition fees.
- If a student cancels their admission after one month of the course, they will not be entitled to a refund of their tuition fees.
To cancel their admission, students must notify our admissions office in writing.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the cancellation request.
Please note that the above cancellation policy is subject to change without prior
notice. In case of any changes, the updated policy will be posted on our website and
communicated to students.
